Editorial Standards
This site earns a commission on qualifying purchases made through its links. That is disclosed in the footer of every page. It does not change what is published: dimension and specification figures are transcribed as OutVue states them, not written to flatter a listing.
Where the figures come from
Material, included parts, BTU and size are taken from each listing's own title and Creators API feature text. Outer footprint and height are cross-checked against the Creators API's own published item dimensions, which independently confirmed every figure already on this site rather than adding new ones - see the note on each product's own page where a title and the API's own data disagree (the 36 in geometric-cut-out wood-burning pit's height is the one such case in this range). Nothing here has been measured in person by this site's publisher, and the site does not claim otherwise.
Why a title's size is checked, not assumed
A product's advertised size does not always match every other figure the manufacturer publishes for it - the 35 in replacement bowl's title rounds down from a more precise 35.2 in in the Creators API's own data, a plain rounding rather than a conflict. Where a title and the manufacturer's own more precise data genuinely disagree instead of just rounding differently, both figures are shown rather than one being picked as correct - see the 36 in geometric-cut-out wood-burning pit's height for the one such case in this range.
What is deliberately not here
Prices. They change daily; a printed price is wrong within a week.
Ratings and review counts. They belong to the platform that collected them.
Assembly, ignition, gas-hookup or placement instructions. Every fire pit and table in this range involves open flame or propane. The manufacturer's own manual is the authority for a specific unit, and a second, unofficial set of instructions on a third-party site is a way for someone to get hurt.
A clearance or seating distance. OutVue publishes exactly one keep-away figure across all 11 listings - the smokeless pit's own stated 0.5 m minimum from flammable material - and this site does not calculate, estimate or generalize a clearance distance for any other product. See space needed around a fire pit.
Fire/burner diameter or BTU where OutVue hasn't published one. Only one listing in this range states a fire bowl diameter separate from its outer size, and none of the five propane tables state a burner diameter - see advertised diameter vs. fire bowl size. These figures are shown as unpublished, never estimated from another product's listing.
Specifications for other brands. Where a comparison names another brand (see OutVue vs. Solo Stove), this site publishes only what it has verified about OutVue - it does not invent the other brand's specifications, pricing or materials to fill out a table.
